Camouflage

 Today me and my friend did self reading together. We were reading  Camouflage I like this book. I think I did well reading this book I think i'm good at stopping when there was a full stop. I hope you enjoy.

I'm working at the factory in china

In class I had to write a recount from perspective (view) of a child working in a sweatshop.I chose to be a kid working in a toy factory.

What was I learning in writing

W.A.L.T write a recount from someone else's perspective( a worker in a clothing or toy sweatshop).

On wednesday morning 6:am me jake and tanner walked in the toy factory it smelt like garbage. I almost passed out. I worked 12 hours it was hard I had a headache and I felt sick. Then I made 100 cars at 7.pm when I finished it was 8.pm so I went to sleep. The next day it was 6.am we had breakfast it was old rice old mince it looked like spew and it smelt like spew after that we went into the toy factory. I had to make 100 cars 100 teddy bears and 70 dolls it was exhausting…… next minute bang Jake ( My friend ) faints. Me and Tanner (My other friend) helped Jake up and suddenly Tanner faints out of nowhere. Then jake gets up and helped me and Tanner gets up and we walked. In the toy factory and we then we walked in the toy factory and we started working  at 8.pm i went to sleep.

In the holiday we had to go to the hospital to see my Nanny Libby it was sad because my nanny Libby past away. Because she was sick the next day we went to Whangarei to choose a coffin and get her dressed.After that we went to the Otiria marae.We took her in the marae there were lots of people and then we shook lots of people's hands After that we went outside. And play hide and seek it was fun we played that for the rest of the day. Until dark we went in  the marae and we played on the ipad. After that we went to bed the next day on Tuesday we  buried her. When the lid was closed I cried.
